At the heart of my work is improving the quality of our leadership potential at all levels, and making sure that leaders are able to support people and build effective organizational culture.
Each of these are deep topics, with many possible approaches. My own approach combines my background with coaching and the use of evidence-based assessments to ensure that the advice I’m giving matches the current circumstances of the leader in question. This is not a formulaic solution, but one that respects and values the whole person undertaking the challenging, career-long journey of being an effective leader.
